Roy Farrens, Realtor®
Roy Farrens is a Santa Cruz local and knows the city and county well. He grew up in Live Oak and attended Harbor High School before earning a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University of Monterey Bay.
Roy brings his experience in business, finance, and negotiation to the role of Lead Agent on our Santa Cruz Agents team. From first contact to close of escrow, Roy works closely with our clients to keep every transaction as painless and effortless as possible. He maintains open communications with all parties to keep things running efficiently, while at the same time exercising discretion and privacy in representing our valued clients. Sophia Barrett was born and raised in Rhode Island, but has long been a Californian at heart. She moved to Davis, CA in 2009 to attend the University of California, Davis, where she earned her B.A. in Design. Post-graduation, Sophia relocated to Santa Cruz to work as a freelance graphic and web designer, before acquiring her California Real Estate License.
As a member of our Santa Cruz Agents team, Sophia handles our marketing and transaction coordination. Using her top-notch graphic and web design skills, Sophia runs our website, manages our online content and creates all of our marketing material with the utmost attention to detail and quality. She oversees all aspects of the marketing, sale, and transaction processes to make certain all details are in place, all deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks. When you work with us to sell or buy real estate, Sophia ensures maximum marketing exposure and a smooth transaction process.
